This notice describes the current Stream Mentor website at streammentor.com. The site is published as static pages and does not use a WordPress runtime, reader accounts, comments, checkout, or an on-site contact form.
Information you choose to send
If you email stef@streammentor.com, Stream Mentor receives the address you use, your message, and any attachments or other information you choose to include. Do not send passwords, stream keys, one-time codes, recovery codes, identity documents, or private account exports.
Email is used to respond to the request, investigate a correction, handle a rights or security concern, keep a necessary business record, and protect the site or its readers. The information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable record-keeping obligations.
Hosting and technical logs
Stream Mentor is hosted on Vercel and delivered through hosting, DNS, and security infrastructure. Those providers may process technical request data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, user agent, referrer, response status, and security signals to deliver the page, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain their services.
Stream Mentor does not currently load a first-party analytics dashboard, advertising pixel, or behavioral session-recording script in the site template. If that changes, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated before the new collection is treated as covered by this statement.
Cookies and local storage
The current Stream Mentor site does not create reader accounts or set an application login cookie. Hosting or security providers may use limited technical mechanisms needed to deliver or protect the service. Embedded third-party media can also operate under the provider's own policy.
Embedded media and external links
Some articles can include an embedded video, player, or link to a platform, manufacturer, retailer, marketplace, social network, or documentation site. Opening or interacting with that resource sends a request to the third party, which may receive technical data and apply its own cookies, accounts, analytics, or privacy terms. Stream Mentor does not control those external services.
Affiliate links may contain a referral parameter so a seller can attribute an eligible purchase. See the affiliate disclosure for the commercial relationship.
WordPress migration and old endpoints
The public publication is being moved away from WordPress. Old administration, login, API, XML-RPC, account, and checkout destinations are not part of the static reader experience. Legacy article images may remain at their existing paths to preserve page rendering and search continuity while they are reviewed.
Sharing and service providers
Stream Mentor does not sell reader contact information. Information may be processed by providers needed for hosting, email, DNS, security, legal compliance, or business records; disclosed when required by a valid legal obligation; or used to investigate abuse and protect rights or safety.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information. To make a request, email stef@streammentor.com with enough detail to identify the relevant correspondence. Stream Mentor may need to verify that the requester is entitled to the information before acting.
Children
Stream Mentor is a general creator-guidance publication and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Do not send a child's private account data or identity documents through email. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent personal information can use the contact address to request review.
Changes to this notice
This page should change when the site's real data practices change—for example, if analytics, advertising, forms, accounts, subscriptions, or new embedded services are added. A new date is not applied merely because the site was redeployed.
